ผาก (อ่านว่า: ผาก) หรือเรียกว่า กะจุ้น หรือ ไม้โจ้ข้าว คือ อุปกรณ์ตักข้าวโบราณที่ทำจาก ไม้สัก โดยเหลาและขุดแต่งให้มีลักษณะโค้งคล้าย พลั่ว ใช้สำหรับ ตักข้าวเปลือกแล้วโยนขึ้นสู่อากาศ เพื่อให้ลมพัดพาเศษฟางและเมล็ดข้าวลีบออกไป เหลือเพียงเมล็ดข้าวที่สมบูรณ์ตกลงมา แม้ปัจจุบันจะมีการใช้ภาชนะอื่นแทน เช่น กระบุงหรือกระป๋อง แต่ผากไม้สักยังคงเป็นเครื่องมือดั้งเดิมที่สะท้อนถึงภูมิปัญญาในการจัดการผลผลิตข้าว

Phak (pronounced: Phak), also known as Kajun or Mai Jo Khao, is a traditional rice-handling tool made from teak wood. It is carved into a curved shape similar to a shovel. The tool is used to scoop and toss unhusked rice into the air, allowing the wind to remove straw and lightweight grains while the heavier, good-quality rice falls back down. Although other containers such as baskets are sometimes used today, the teak phak remains a traditional tool that reflects local wisdom in rice processing.
