แส้ (อ่านว่า: แส้) หรือไม้คัดข้าว เป็นอุปกรณ์เกษตรกรรมที่ทำจากไม้ไผ่ โดยนำกิ่งไม้ไผ่ที่มีลักษณะเป็นง่ามมาดัดให้โค้งและมัดปลายเข้าด้วยกัน มีรูปทรงคล้ายวงรีหรือสามเหลี่ยม ใช้สำหรับคัดหรือยกฟางข้าวในขั้นตอนการนวดข้าว โดยสอดเข้าใต้กองฟางแล้วสะบัดให้เมล็ดข้าวร่วงลงพื้น หรือใช้รวบและย้ายฟางออกจากลานนวดข้าว

A rice fork is a traditional agricultural tool made from bamboo. It is formed by bending a forked bamboo branch and tying the ends together to create an oval or triangular shape. The tool is used during rice threshing to lift and separate rice straw. Farmers insert it under piles of straw and shake them so the rice grains fall to the ground, or use it to move straw away from the threshing area.
