A plow is a traditional agricultural tool used to prepare soil for cultivation. It is mainly made of wood and fitted with a metal blade called a plowshare at the tip, which cuts into and turns the soil. The plow has handles for guiding direction and a long beam that connects to a yoke, allowing cattle or buffalo to pull it across the field.
