กวักข้าว (อ่านว่า: กวัก-ข้าว) หรือ ไม้กวักข้าว เป็นอุปกรณ์เครื่องครัวพื้นบ้านที่ทำจาก ไม้เนื้อแข็ง มีลักษณะคล้ายพายขนาดเล็ก ปลายโค้งมน ใช้สำหรับ เกลี่ยและพลิกข้าวเหนียวที่นึ่งสุกใหม่ บนกระด้งหรือถาดไม้ เพื่อระบายไอน้ำและความร้อนออกจากเมล็ดข้าว ทำให้ข้าวเหนียว เงางาม ไม่แฉะ และไม่จับตัวเป็นก้อน ก่อนนำไปบรรจุลงในก่องข้าว อุปกรณ์นี้สะท้อนถึงภูมิปัญญาการเตรียมอาหารของชาวล้านนา
